At the moment, we only provide online banking (FPX transaction) and credit / debit card transaction via SenangPay payment gateway. We don’t accept American Express (AMEX) card at the moment.

Emilie Azali accepts online payment using SenangPay (accredited by Bank Negara Malaysia) and it is a secure online system that offers our customers safe transactions over the internet.

Unfortunately, no. We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colours of our products that appear on our website. However, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. The position of pattern/design may vary slightly from what you see.

PAYMENT & SHIPPING

It varies according to where you live. It usually takes up to 2-3 days. For more information, you can visit PosLaju Malaysia’s website. We will only ship your items from Monday to Friday.

Unfortunately, we do not do refund if your parcel is not delivered/missing. PosLaju will be held responsible on handling the shipping. We can provide true details that we have sent the parcel out. However, we can make a claim for you to POS MALAYSIA. The process of refund will take about 3 months. Only part of the total you paid, will be returned to you.

Except for Malaysia. Shipping charges are based on PosLaju EMS pricing. Kindly refer which country you shipped in this document.
